In one day we ride almost as far as in two days in past year. We are in Luchow ( Wendland ) now. At this point we must have a break. At least two days beacouse of small road accident. We are still in one peace, so stay online.
Two days in Germany
•July 16, 2010 • Comments Off on Two days in GermanyEverything goes in right direction – east! About 120 miles in two days looks pretty good. We are now in Eilten, beauty countrysides. Staing in small “Gasthaus” – incredible cheap and suprisingly nice place. From time to time we met places and even people from last journey. Memories are back.
Netherlands is behind us

We have some problems with our bikes – nothing big – just flat tyre, repair of seatpost, etc. We are in Nordhorn, Germany now. After almost 300 miles we feel a little tired. Today was really hot and was much harder as usual. But is nothing better then give everything you got. Here is path track from last two days.

Usually we drive about 17 miles per hour – noticeably faster than last year. Everything goes in right direction, even the wind !
Way to Harwich
•July 10, 2010 • Comments Off on Way to HarwichAlmost 50 miles behind us. Nice looking countrysides and small cities. Still very good weather and wind on ours back. We cycling quite fast enjoing the journey. Now sitting in hall waiting for ferry and watching final of world championship. Neederlanden waiting for us ;-).
First day
•July 9, 2010 • 1 CommentToday was really hot. Half a day we spend on last preparation. We started late, about 3 PM. Now we are in Chelmsford , nice small city where radio was born.
